Our Code of Conduct, Safeguarding Commitment, and Whistleblowing
Project 90 by 2030 affirms its commitment to promoting an inclusive environment where all people are treated with courtesy, compassion, dignity and respect.
Our Code of Conduct represents the philosophy and values that govern our work and describes how we expect those who work with Project 90 by 2030 to act. This document provides guidance to maintain our ethical standards and commitment to integrity.
It is relevant to all stakeholders and people engaging with Project 90 by 2030, including individual support providers, consultants, and organisations/companies (together, “Representatives”), and applies to all personnel working in paid or voluntary capacities.
Project 90 by 2030 is committed to safeguarding the wellbeing, dignity, and rights of all people who engage with our organisation. We have zero tolerance for any form of abuse, exploitation, harassment, bullying, discrimination, intimidation, neglect, or harm.
All Representatives are expected to act in ways that create safe, inclusive, and respectful environments, particularly for children, young people, and vulnerable adults.
Any safeguarding concern, disclosure, or suspected breach of this Code must be reported promptly and will be addressed in accordance with our safeguarding policies and procedures. We are committed to fostering a culture where everyone feels safe, respected, empowered, and able to raise concerns without fear of retaliation.
Reporting and Whistleblowing: All Representatives have a responsibility to report any suspected misconduct, safeguarding concern, or breach of this Code. Concerns can be raised confidentially by emailing lorna@90by2030.org.za or sindile@90by2030.org.za directly, or anonymously through the form below.
Project 90 by 2030 will review all reports fairly and promptly and will not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
