Lynn Maggott is an accredited business development practioner, and Founder/Executive Director of Green Connexion. She merges environmental and social imperatives to entrepreneurs and small enterprises as advisor, mentor, trainer and thoroughly passionate human. She has worked extensively with entrepreneurs in incubators/projects based on the Cape Flats, Lesotho, Swaziland and the West Coast. Having been on various boards she brings great experience and insight to the Project 90 by 2030 board and team.
Jiska de Groot

Jiska de Groot is a researcher at the Energy Research Centre, University of Cape Town. Her specialties are climate change mitigation, gender and social inclusion, and community involvement. With a passion for bringing people together her engagement both with the community-based and action oriented work of Project 90, whilst having the other foot in the academic/research world, she is able to move between the world of research and practice.

Malie is Head of Capella House, a school in Fish Hoek. Her passion for children is supported by her experience as a life coach and years of experience
Phiwe Ndinisa

Phiwe Ndinisa is legally trained with sound experience in local government, academic institutions and the corporate sector. A few career highlights include involvement in land and mining public interest litigation at the Constitutional Court. He is an open-minded, creative problem solver who possess the ability to bring the best out of teams that he is a part of. He is committed to the realisation of social justice, addressing inequalities and the strive to contribute to social, ecological and economic change in Africa
Cindy Ross

Cindy Ross is an admitted attorney with years of knowledge in relation to law internationally and locally. Her specialties are employment law, labour, relations and corporate governance consultancy, and youth development. She has a passion for creating fairness for young people in Africa as she feels poverty robs a lot of young people of opportunities. She tries to ensure that youth have access to opportunities so they learn that their circumstances does not determine where they will end up in life only they control that!

She has experience working with school going youth and with unique people from different backgrounds, especially in disadvantaged communities. These eye opening experiences inspires her to always find solutions that can help young people address those social issues. Her passion is to help those in need, specifically young people to discover their full potential in both social and creative skills.
